Invitation

The international human rights mechanisms was in a new test on its efficiency and effectiveness throughout the last days of June, through meetings of the eleventh session of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations held in Geneva from (2-19) in June 2009. There are only a few months to Egypt to submit its national and governmental reports to the Working Group on "UPR" which will be held in the month of February 2010, which puts Egypt in a new challenge to its moral and ethical responsibilities of human rights resulting from its status as Vice-President of the Council, the report also puts Egypt in a test of the extent of its commitment to cooperate with International mechanisms for the protection of human rights.
